  1. Daylight! 4.01 is a Daylight Saving Time adjustment Extension. It makes the time changes from year to year for you without you having to worry about it.

  3. To install:

  5. Daylight! belongs in the Control Panels folder inside your System Folder. Drag Daylight! 4.01 on top of your System Folder or on top of or into your Control Panels Folder. Delete any older versions of Daylight!. Open the Daylight! Control Panel and set it up. Close the Control Panel and restart your Mac.

  9. • Added support for the Daylight Saving Time bit in the parameter RAM that I just found out about. This is a great fix because now it doesn't matter if you boot from different drives - the computer's PRAM knows if you're in DST or not. Works fine with a Plus, which surprised me.
  10. • Changed the wording in a dialog to make it a little more clear.

  13. • Daylight! is now FREE. But see appeal in the Control Panel.
  14. • Nearly a total rewrite of the Control Panel using a generalized object-oriented Control Panel framework for Control Panels and dialogs.

  19. • If you have the Control Panel up 2 minutes before a time change, you get a warning that you'd better close it.
